How listing works

Create an account
Sign up with your email and choose “Offer my services”.
Apply
Tell us about your business and add up to 20 services, each with its own price, plus your cancellation and refund terms and photos of your work.
We review you
A founder checks eight things, from how customers reach you to who receives payments. We may call, visit or ask for more information.
Customers send requests
Once you’re published, customers can book. Accept the requests you can take and decline the ones you can’t.
You’re paid directly
Customers pay you by Mobile Money or bank transfer. You can record receipts and refunds against each booking in your dashboard.

There are no fees while MyAraba is launching. If that changes, we’ll tell you in writing before any fee applies to your bookings.

Changing your photos, prices, services or terms sends your listing back for a quick review, so customers always see what we checked.
